[11/14, 6:51 AM] faithemm2015: *LIFE AND FAVOUR*
FROM:

*Rev. Anthony Akinmoyo,*

*THE LAW OF SUPERNATURAL SUPPLY – 2*

1 Corinthians 3:6 (KJV)
*I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase.*

Until we become addicted sowers and strategic in watering our seeds, God is not committed to release increase on them.

Psalm 1:3 (KJV)
*And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.*

The returns or harvest to all our precious seeds are through the works of our hands. That means, giving without working is a waste because God’s blessing will come through what is in our hands. That takes us to the second law of prosperity and supernatural supply.

(B.) *The Law of Diligence*

Dictionary defines diligence as follows: constant in effort to accomplish something, painstaking, pushed with persevering attention.

1 Thessalonians 4:11 (KJV)
*And that ye study to be quiet, and to do your own business, and to work with your own hands, as we commanded you;*

Scripture is so vivid on our personal input in order to enter into the realm of comfort and abundance. We must be willing to “work our work” and “till our ground” before we can enter into this new phase. Infact, it is a known truth that idleness and laziness are the parents of lack and poverty.

Proverbs 13:4 (KJV)
*The soul of the sluggard desireth, and hath nothing: but the soul of the diligent shall be made fat.*

Proverbs 22:29 (KJV)
*Seest thou a man diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men .*

Beloved, let us get down efficiently into our work. Faith and confession are not a license for laziness. When we approach our work with all diligence, we are actually opening the gate for God to pour out His blessings upon us.

Proverbs 14:23 (KJV)
*In all labour there is profit: but the talk of the lips tendeth only to penury.*

Don’t approach your work anyhow, give absolute attention to whatever is in your hand. Avoid all forms of excuses; be sold out to your calling.

These double edged law of giving and working backed up with faith can never fail. I see you enter into the realm of more than enough in the mighty name of Jesus!

*PRAYERS:*

> Thank you my Lord for the joy of seeing another new day.

> Thank you my Lord for your mercies and loving kindness towards me and my household.

> Thank you my Father for daily supply of all my needs.

> Thank you for the blessing of a loving family.

1. John 9:4 (KJV)
*I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work.*

i. O Lord my God, grant me grace to work my work diligently in the mighty name of Jesus!

ii. O Lord my Father, deliver me and my generation from idleness and laziness in the mighty name of Jesus!

2. 1 Corinthians 15:10 (KJV)
*But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.*

i. O Lord my God, grant me grace to put in required energy and effort to succeed in the mighty name of Jesus!

ii. My Father and my God, grant my children a sense of duty to their academic pursuit in the mighty name of Jesus!

3. Ecclesiastes 11:4 (KJV)

4. Psalm 1:3 (KJV)
*And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.*

O Lord my God, bless the works of my hands in the mighty name of Jesus!

5. Job 36:24 (KJV)
*Remember that thou magnify his work, which men behold.*

My Lord and My God, magnify my efforts in life in the mighty name of Jesus!

6. 1 Corinthians 3:6 (KJV)
*I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase.*

i. O Lord my God, release supernatural increase over the works of my hands in the mighty name of Jesus!

ii. O Lord, reward my children with resounding success in all their endeavours in the mighty name of Jesus!

7. Psalm 80:15 (KJV)
*And the vineyard which thy right hand hath planted, and the branch that thou madest strong for thyself.*

O Lord my God, plant my children by your spirit and cause them to flourish in life in the mighty name of Jesus!

8. Psalm 119:116 (KJV)
*Uphold me according unto thy word, that I may live: and let me not be ashamed of my hope.*

O Lord my Father, uphold me by your love and don’t let me ever experience lack in the mighty name of Jesus!

9. Isaiah 41:18 (KJV)
*I will open rivers in high places, and fountains in the midst of the valleys: I will make the wilderness a pool of water, and the dry land springs of water.*

My Father and my God, open unto me doors and gates of lifting that no devil can shut in the mighty name of Jesus!

10. Isaiah 65:23 (KJV)
*They shall not labour in vain, nor bring forth for trouble; for they are the seed of the blessed of the Lord , and their offspring with them.*

i. O Lord my God, let my labour in life not be in vain in the mighty name of Jesus!

ii. My Father and my God, do not allow my labour and sacrifices over my children to be in vain in the mighty name of Jesus!

Thank you Father for working exceedingly and abundantly above all that I ask or think.

Receive my thanks and praise in the mighty name of Jesus!

See you tomorrow.
*Rejoice evermore.*
*Pray without ceasing.*

WHEN IT IS MISSING

“Hear now this, O foolish people, Without understanding, Who have eyes and see not, And who have ears and hear not.” Jeremiah 5:21 (NKJV)

Anywhere understanding is lacking, is because pride is present. The worst sets of people on earth are those who don’t know, yet they do not know they don’t know. Do you really understand? Do you understand marriage? Do you really understand your authority in Christ Jesus? Do you really understand leadership, Sonship and followership? Do you really understand Christian service? The faster your understanding, the faster you move in life. Once understanding is missing, it will be obvious in the following:

(1.) Arrogance. Ignorance and arrogance go together – a product of pride. You can’t be arrogant except you are first proud. (2.) Stubbornness. (3.) A Critical spirit with argument. (4.) Gross Ignorance, by it God’s people are destroyed [Hosea 4:6]. (5.) Difficult to relate with. A person that is very difficult to relate with lacks understanding. From our opening scripture, lack of understanding makes one a fool. A fool is simply someone that lacks understanding, have eyes yet can’t see, have ears yet can’t hear. To be foolish is to be senseless and brainless. Arrogance, stubbornness, critical spirit with argument, gross ignorance, difficult to relate with are all products of foolishness birthed by lack of understanding. Your restoration starts where understanding begins.

ACTION STEP
Pursue understanding with all you’ve got.

KEEP IN MIND
The faster your understanding, the faster you move in life.

*Growing in Our Understanding of How God Operates*

_Luke 1:34-35 (NLT), Isaiah 55:8-9, Luke 18:27_
_Mary asked the angel, “But how can this happen? I am a virgin.” The angel replied, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. So the baby to be born will be holy, and he will be called the Son of God. *For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth. so are my ways higher than your ways. and my thoughts than your thoughts. *…The things which are impossible with men are possible with God._

It is a great privilege to know and understand the ways of God or how God operates. The Bible says, “He made known his ways unto Moses, his acts unto the children of Israel. The LORD is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy,” (Psa.103:7-8). The only thing that God wants any man to boast about is that such a man knows and understands His ways. “The Lord says: Let not the wise man bask in his wisdom, nor the mighty man in his might, nor the rich man in his riches. Let them boast in this alone: That they truly know me, and understand that I am the Lord of justice and of righteousness whose love is steadfast; and that I love to be this way,” Jer.9:23-24. The verses we have considered in our study today so far, already list out various ways in which God operates. Please review them again.

When we understand how God operates, we can cooperate with Him or work in line with Him, Amos 3:3. We can also reflect on Him adequately.

By the help of the Holy Spirit, we have the ability to know and understand the ways of God. In 1 Corinthians 2:6-16, the Bible shows us that God reveals His hidden wisdom to us by His Spirit. By the help of the Spirit, we can know the deep things that are on the mind of God. These are things that the natural man (or the man who is not in Christ) cannot receive or understand because they are foolishness unto him. We, on the other hand, have the mind of Christ. We have the Spirit of Christ in us, Rom. 8:9. God is at work in us by His Spirit and He is making us willing and able to do what pleases Him, Phil. 2:13. The Holy Spirit helps us to understand the ways of God and to walk in them.

Prayer: Heavenly Father, I ask that You reveal Your ways to me by Your Spirit. I ask that by Your Spirit, You will also cause me to walk in Your ways.

*GUARD YOUR SALVATION .*

Saturday, November 14th .
Pastor Chris

_*How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by theLord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heardhim (Hebrews 2:3).*_

If anything should be precious to you in this life, especially inthese last days, it must be your personal salvation. Ourtheme verse says, _*“How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation….”*_ Your salvation is the number one thing in your life. Protect it. See that you’re walking in the light of God, in the totality of salvation. He said, _*“…work out your own salvation with fear and trembling”*_ (Philippians 2:12).

No matter your accomplishments in life, they’ll all be a waste without your salvation. Jesus said in Mark 8:36, _*“For what shall itprofit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his ownsoul?”*_ It doesn’t matter how many conferences you held orattended or how many people you helped; without your salvation, they’ll mean nothing.

Don’t trade your salvation for anything. We’re surrounded byhawks and beasts that don’t spare the flock; they’ll do anything for their personal gains. Don’t let them deceive you, and don’t lead yourself astray. Stay in Christ, in His Word, and keep expressing Hislove and righteousness to your world.

Remember, not only are you here for your salvation, you’rehere also to help others receive salvation. When you reallyunderstand what salvation is, you’ll not only protect it with your life, but you’d also be eager to share it with others. The Apostle Paulsaid, _*“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is thepower of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth; to theJew first, and also to the Greek”*_ (Romans 1:16). The only way youcan help others receive salvation is to share the Gospel with them.So make this a vital part of your daily routine and pursuit.

*CONFESSION*

*I serve the Lord in spirit and in truth. His love is continuallyexpressed through me to others. There’s no room for hatred, bitterness, jealousy or pride in me, for the love of God is shedabroad in my heart by the Holy Spirit. And that love propels meto preach the Gospel and reach out in love to the lost, to turnthem from darkness unto Christ. Amen.*

*FURTHER STUDY:* *||* *Philippians 2:12* Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. *||*

*||* *Mark 8:36-37* For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? 37 Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul? *||*

*||* *1 Corinthians 9:26-27 AMPC* Therefore I do not run uncertainly (without definite aim). I do not box like one beating the air and striking without an adversary. 27 But [like a boxer] I buffet my body [handle it roughly, discipline it by hardships] and subdue it, for fear that after proclaiming to others the Gospel and things pertaining to it, I myself should become unfit [not stand the test, be unapproved and rejected as a counterfeit]. *||*
