[11/19, 6:39 AM] Pastor Emmanuel Oshevire: *LIFE AND FAVOUR*

*Rev. Anthony Akinmoyo,*
Lifeway Christian Centre,

Leviticus 9:6 (KJV)
*And Moses said, This is the thing which the Lord commanded that ye should do: and the glory of the Lord shall appear unto you.*

Knowledge, understanding and obedience are the major keys to our inheritance in Christ Jesus. Salvation conveys so much benefits and blessings to us but without accurate knowledge of certain conditions that must be met, the manifestation of such promises will not be a reality. In the next few days, we will be exploring some of these areas for maximum fulfilment of our glorious destinies.

*Covenant Requirement For Shining Destiny*

1. *Honour Your Parents*

Ephesians 6:2-3 (KJV)
[2] *Honour thy father and mother; (which is the first commandment with promise;)*
[3] *That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth.*

God placed great importance on parenting because of their tremendous responsibilities and sacrifices towards our upbringing. God therefore commanded us to honour them.

This is not a suggestion but a commandment that all believers must adhere to:
“For you to shine in life”
“For your ultimate well being”
“For you to live long”

The honour you place on your parents is a determinant factor. Even if your parents hurt you in the past, it does not matter, forgive and honour them that it may be well with you. Beloved, neglecting your parents is the same as dishonouring them and scripture is so clear on this.

Proverbs 20:20 (KJV)
*Whoso curseth his father or his mother, his lamp shall be put out in obscure darkness.*

Proverbs 30:17 (KJV)
*The eye that mocketh at his father, and despiseth to obey his mother, the ravens of the valley shall pick it out, and the young eagles shall eat it.*

Both husband and wife should honour their parents-in-law. Do not dishonour them in their old age. Beloved, until you start doing what is commanded you can’t be in command.

This is one of the secret of David’s uncommon success that thousands of years after, he is still celebrated. Even in his distress, trouble and homelessness, he took proper care of his parents.

1 Samuel 22:3 (KJV)
*And David went thence to Mizpeh of Moab: and he said unto the king of Moab, Let my father and my mother, I pray thee, come forth, and be with you, till I know what God will do for me.*

Parental blessings are inevitable in the journey of life. Don’t miss it!

> Thank you Father for your love for me and my household.

> Thank you Lord Jesus for your sacrifice.

> Thank you sweet Holy Spirit for your companionship.

> Thank you my Father for another beautiful day you have made!

1. Deuteronomy 8:6 (KJV)
*Therefore thou shalt keep the commandments of the Lord thy God, to walk in his ways, and to fear him.*

O Lord my Father, grant me grace to walk in obedience to your commandments as regarding my parents in the mighty name of Jesus!

2. 2 Chronicles 7:14 (KJV)
*If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.*

i. O Lord my God, in any area where I have neglected and dishonoured my parents, have mercy on me in the mighty name of Jesus!

ii. O Lord my Father, pardon my rebellion and forgive me of my ignorance in the mighty name of Jesus!

3. Malachi 4:6 (KJV)
*And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.*

i. O Lord my God, unite my heart with my parents in the mighty name of Jesus!

ii. My Father, draw the heart of my parents back to me so that their blessings will have expression in my life in the mighty name of Jesus!

4. 2 Timothy 1:16 (KJV)
*The Lord give mercy unto the house of Onesiphorus; for he oft refreshed me, and was not ashamed of my chain:*

O Lord my God, grant me grace to always refresh the heart of my parents in the mighty name of Jesus!

5. Psalm 112:4 (KJV)
*Unto the upright there ariseth light in the darkness: he is gracious, and full of compassion, and righteous.*

O Lord my God, light up every darkness in my life in the mighty name of Jesus!

6. Titus 1:5 (KJV)
*For this cause left I thee in Crete, that thou shouldest set in order the things that are wanting…*

i. O Lord my God, set my life, marriage, finance etc. in order in the mighty name of Jesus!

ii. Father, set my home in order, let disunity and quarelling come to an end in the mighty name of Jesus!

iii. O Lord my God, take away every form of limitation in my life in the mighty name of Jesus!

7. Daniel 1:9 (KJV)
*Now God had brought Daniel into favour and tender love with the prince of the eunuchs.*

i. O Lord, take me to the place of glory and honour in the mighty name of Jesus!

ii. Father, take my family into realms of favour in the mighty name of Jesus!

8. Psalms 105:24 (KJV) *And he increased his people greatly; and made them stronger than their enemies.*

My Father and my God, grant me an unusual increase in life in the mighty name of Jesus!

9. Genesis 22:17 (KJV)
*That in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thy seed as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore; and thy seed shall possess the gate of his enemies;*

My Father and my God, let your good hand continually be upon my children in the mighty name of Jesus!

10. Job 9:10 (KJV)
*Which doeth great things past finding out; yea, and wonders without number.*

O Lord my God, let my life and family be an expression of your wonders in the mighty name of Jesus!

Thank you Father for working exceedingly and abundantly above all that I ask or think.

Receive my thanks and praise in the mighty name of Jesus!

See you tomorrow.
*Rejoice evermore.*
*Pray without ceasing.*

[11/19, 6:39 AM] Pastor Emmanuel Oshevire: MILLIONAIRE EMBRACE: Thursday November 19, 2020 | Korede & Esther Komaiya

“He also installed the latest in military technology on the towers and the corners of Jerusalem for shooting arrows and hurling stones. He became well known for all this – a famous king. Everything seemed to go his way.” II Chronicles 26:15 (MSG)

The quality of your life is a product of the quality of your thoughts. If you don’t forward–think, you will never go forward. Every new ‘birth,’ great discoveries and inventions are products of creativity. Creativity is simply doing old things in new ways; it is continuous and consistent improvement; it is the ability to generate new ideas. If you can’t generate new ideas, you will expire with the old wave. Where new ideas end is where progress ends. One key to becoming creative is by relating with creative people, achievers. While there are those born creative, others become creative by association and observation. When you relate with creative people, you eventually become creative.

Our opening scripture chronicled the young king Uzziah, who ascended the throne at age sixteen, in the stead of his father, Amaziah. Away from the old, Uzziah moved. Instead of the conventional way of engaging skilled men to shoot arrows at times of war, he invented machines for the same. His creative acts made him well known and famous. He was a forward-thinker. The level to which you are creative is the level to which you will be well known and famous. Your relevance is in your creativity and capacity to generate results in the appropriate time. As you journey through the path of creativity, myopic minds will talk down your journey, never argue with them, focus on your task and let your result speak for you. Keep succeeding, the rest would be history.

God is my Heavenly Father; He is creative, therefore, I can’t be less. My mind is sharpened. I am creative and never stopping at anything less. Thank You LORD, in Jesus Mighty Name!

If you can’t generate new ideas, you will expire with the old wave.

[11/19, 6:39 AM] Pastor Emmanuel Oshevire: Perfect morning saints of GOD.

Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come (John16:13).

Being born again, the Spirit of God lives in you, and He guides you by the Word, in the way that you should go. His Word is your sure guide in life. It’s the reason we encourage conscious study and meditation on the Word. Getting yourself acquainted with the Word is the way to know the counsel of God and walk in His will. He counsels you from within, in line with the Word.

No other personality in this life can lead you in success, victory and rest as the Holy Spirit would. His delight is to guide you to make accurate and excellent decisions, go to the right places at the right ttime, and do the right things at the right time, for God’s glory. Recognise His ministry and person in your life. Talk with Him often. Listen to Him as well, for He’s always talking to your spirit. He cares about everything you do; He takes interest in the minutest detail of your life. It’s His pleasure to successfully guide you through all your endeavours from day to day.

Many have made grievous mistakes in their lives for not listening to Him and following His guidance. His counsel and guidance are always in sync with the Word. Your life will be the expression of God’s glory, beauty, wisdom and grace as you yield to Him and follow His Word. Through the Word, He guides and leads you from glory to glory.

Dear Father, I thank you for your glory in my life. Thank you for beautifying me with your grace and filling me with your wisdom; I function excellently today, through the power of the Holy Spirit who lives in me and guides me from within, piloting me from glory to glory, in. Jesus’ Name. Amen.

John 16:13-15
Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, [that] shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. 14 He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew [it] unto you. 15 All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall shew [it] unto you.

James 1:22-25
But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. 23 For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass: 24 For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was. 25 But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth [therein], he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.

James 2-3:1-13 & Ezekiel 20-21

[11/19, 6:39 AM] Pastor Emmanuel Oshevire: OPEN HEAVENS DAILY DEVOTIONAL

And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the LORD thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the LORD that healeth thee. Exodus 15:26

READ: Psalm 103:2-3

2 Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:

3 Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;

Are you aware that it is possible for you, your friends and family members never to fall sick again? Yes. It is. For over forty years, the Lord has been my healer and He can be yours.

According to today’s memory verse, anyone who lives holy will become so dear to God that He will ensure they never fall ill again. Imagine being free from all pains that sickness brings, imagine never having to spend on hospital bills ever again. God says it is possible if you begin to live holy and have faith in His healing powers.

The Gospel give numerous accounts of how Jesus healed people of different infirmities and illness including blindness, deafness, leprosy, seizure and paralysis. He even raised dead people to life! Matthew 8:16 says:
“When the even was come, they brought unto him many that were possessed with devils: and he cast out the spirits with his word, and healed all that were sick:”

Notice the word “all” in the above Bible verse. He has the power to heal any sickness. The only thing that can stop you from having divine health is sin. Beloved, I encourage you to run away from sin like you would from plague.

“Afterward Jesus findeth him in the temple, and said unto him, Behold, thou art made whole: sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto thee.” John 5:14

Jesus’ advice to the man at the pool of Bethesda is quite instructive. We can conclude that if he had been living a holy life before, he wouldn’t have had to waste thirty-eight years of his life in pain and discomfort of sickness. It is very likely that after hearing Jesus’ warning, he would have avoided sin every way he could. However, he had already wasted thirty-eight years of his life which could not be recovered. You don’t have to waste any period of your life nursing sickness; Jesus has made you an offer: avoid sin from today and begin to live in divine health.

Sickness, more often than not is a by-product of sin.

1. Nearer, my God, to Thee, nearer to Thee!
E’en though it be a cross that raiseth me,
Still all my song shall be, nearer, my God, to Thee.
o Refrain:
Nearer, my God, to Thee, nearer to Thee!

2. Though like the wanderer, the sun gone down,
Darkness be over me, my rest a stone;
Yet in my dreams I’d be nearer, my God, to Thee.

3. There let the way appear, steps unto Heav’n;
All that Thou sendest me, in mercy giv’n;
Angels to beckon me nearer, my God, to Thee.

4. Then, with my waking thoughts bright with Thy praise,
Out of my stony griefs Bethel I’ll raise;
So by my woes to be nearer, my God, to Thee.

5. Or, if on joyful wing cleaving the sky,
Sun, moon, and stars forgot, upward I’ll fly,
Still all my song shall be, nearer, my God, to Thee.

6. There in my Father’s home, safe and at rest,
There in my Savior’s love, perfectly blest;
Age after age to be nearer, my God, to Thee.

[11/19, 7:01 AM] Pastor Emmanuel Oshevire: *Seeds🍐🍋🍊🍑🍍 Of Destiny*
_19 November 2020_
_Daily Devotional by Dr_ _Pastor Paul Enenche_

🗣️Don’t marry a man or woman who has no vision. Do not follow anyone who is going nowhere because he is going to take you nowhere; and the two of you will end up nowhere.

*SCRIPTURE* 📖: Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he. Proverbs 29:18

*THOUGHT FOR THE DAY* 🤗: “Visionlessness” is one of the worst tragedies of our generation.

It is very important to know that the spell of visionlessness or aimlessness is a deadly enemy of destiny. That is why our anchor Scripture pointedly says that people perish in the absence of vision. Indeed, when a person does not know what to do with his life; when he does not know which direction to pour his energy, a destiny disaster is imminent.

When you ask a young man what he would like to do with his life, and he says, “Just anything”, that is very dangerous. Even though it is possible for you to do anything you find until you find what you want, it is very important for you to know specifically, what you want to do with your life. It is very important for you to know the area of life where God wants you to pour your energy. This is very important! “Visionlessness” is one of the worst tragedies of our generation. Many young men grow up without having a vision. There is nothing in particular they are pursuing in life. That is a tragedy!

Don’t marry a man or woman who has no vision. Do not follow anyone who is going nowhere because he is going to take you nowhere; and the two of you will end up nowhere.

Beloved, connect with people of vision. Connect with people of passion. Connect with people who know what they are doing in life, people who sleep with vision and wake up with vision.

*Remember this* 💡: “Visionlessness” is one of the worst tragedies of our generation.

*1. Refuse to live a visionless life.*

*2. Ask God to give you a vision for living* .

*3. Pursue and fulfil your vision for living* .

*PRAYER* 🙏🏼: Thank You Lord for Your Word to me today. I ask that You reveal to me your vision for my life Lord, in Jesus’ Name.

*QUOTE* : Where there is no vision, people die before their time. Vision is a preserver of life. Culled from “15 KINGDOM STRATEGIES FOR SURVIVAL” by Dr Paul Enenche.

*DAILY READING: Romans 15-1 Corinthians 1*

*AMAZING FACT* 😳: The average fox weighs 14 pounds.

*PROPHETIC DECLARATION/WORD* 🔊🌧️: Every spell of visionlessness is broken off your life in Jesus’ Name.

Good Morning 🌺🌹
