DO IT FREE

“Be ye strong therefore, and let not your hands be weak: for your work shall be rewarded.” II Chronicles 15:7 (KJV)

Two poor people can’t help themselves. A young man once met a wealthy man requesting to know his secret to wealth. The wealthy man was amazed as no one has ever approached him with such request; apart from those he does business with and his staff, anyone who comes to him comes for money or something equivalent. Since the young man’s aim was to know the secret to his wealth and not parasite on him, he showed the young man a principle that could make him wealthy ─ the principle of DO IT FREE. The wealthy man told him he began his journey rendering free professional services. To give the young man a start, he connected him to a friend who needs the exact services the young man renders and instructed him to do a perfect job without charging any fee.

If you charge the “Chief Baker and Bottler” as Joseph in the prison, always remember that “Pharaoh” will never call you. Never go into any relationship or assist anyone with entitlement mentality; this reduces your chances for recommendation. To cut story short, two years later, a client visited the office he designed and liked the job; he requested for the young man to do same in his office, after which, a contract to replicate the same for all their international offices was signed; that began his journey to wealth, like a dream, he was in fortune. It is true, money answer all things, but everything is not about money. What have you done without charges, recently?

ACTION STEP
Engage the principle of FREE if you are still in the lower cadre of the pyramid of wealth.

KEEP IN MIND
If you charge the “Chief Baker and Bottler” as Joseph in the prison, always remember that “Pharaoh” will never call you.

YOU HAVE AN ADVOCATE

“My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the Righteous” 1 John 2:1 KJV

Beloved, Jesus Christ is our advocate. He is speaking on our behalf and saying:” Father they are standing based on what I did, not what they did. Guess what? The Father cannot ignore what Jesus did. Do you know why God has to answer us? If we became sinners based on what the first Adam did, then we have right to stand righteous before him because of what the last Adam (Jesus) did. So, if as a believer, you sin, He said don’t forget there is an advocate standing by my side speaking on your behalf. Therefore, you can declare to yourself: I am free. No more condemnation! I have boldness to come unto the throne of grace.

Satan likes to intimidate people who are ignorant. It is this intimidation he came with when Adam sinned. Adam had always enjoyed fellowship with God but the moment sin came, He started running from God. He was confused, intimidated and had lost his boldness. The next thing he did was to start lying. That is what sin does. Sin drives you away. When you become sin conscious, you run even from people who want to help you. The devil tells you that everyone has known, and you will start hiding. But that is not the will of God for the believer in Christ. The truth is that you have been cleansed… God deals with the believer’s sin differently from that of an unbeliever. We are not on the same level because we are already in His kingdom.

So, when a believer falls, 1 John 3:4 says, “Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.” But if you stop it there, you will stay in condemnation; but Verse 5 says, “And ye know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in him is no sin”. The reason He revealed Himself on earth is to take away our sins; past, present and future.

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL

FRIDAY 27TH NOVEMBER 2020

PST. CHRIS

BE PREPARED FOR THE “FIRST FLIGHT” .

For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17).

Make no mistakes about it, the time left before the Masters return is shorter than many realize. What we’re expecting right now is the Rapture of the Church, the “catching away” of all those who are born again and walking in the light of God. Suddenly, we’ll disappear from this world to meet the Lord in the air.

Someone may ask, “How is that going to be possible? Imagine that the driver of a commuter bus or pilot of an airplane filled with people is born again, but the passengers aren’t; are you saying the driver or pilot will be raptured while the vehicle or airplane crashes?”

First, people who ask such questions haven’t understood what’s about to befall the world. The Rapture itself is judgement for the world. In Luke 17, Jesus said the day Noah entered into the ark,the floods came. Also, the same day that Lot went out of Sodom, fire came from Heaven and burnt up the city; judgement began immediately.

At the Rapture, cars and planes crashing with people onboard is all part of the judgement for the rejection of Christ. At that point, the hour of His grace would have been over. If any Christian is left behind, it’s because he or she wasn’t living the life of a Christian. They’ll be amongst the ones who’ll go through the Great Tribulation that’s to take place after the Rapture. And among them, a multitude of people will eventually be saved.

But you don’t want to be in that group. Jesus said, “Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man”*_ (Luke 21:36). Prepare yourself for the “firstflight.” Each day that passes takes us a day closer to His glorious appearing. Live for Him, and get others in your world ready for that day.

CONFESSION

I’m awake and alert in the spirit, and my life is guided by Christ’s love and Word, and by my expectation of His imminent return. I make no provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof; I’m led continually by the Spirit, manifesting the fruits of righteousness. My desire and passion to win my world to Christ flourishes, and many, through me, are brought to the Kingdom, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

FURTHER STUDY

Matthew 24:37-39
But as the days of Noe [were], so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. 38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, 39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

1 John 2:28
And now, little children, abide in him; that, when he shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming.

Revelation 1:7
Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they [also] which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.

[11/27, 8:11 AM] Pastor Emmanuel Oshevire: *LIFE AND FAVOUR*
FROM:

*Rev. Anthony Akinmoyo,*
Lifeway Christian Centre,
Lagos.

*OVERCOMING WORRIES*

John 16:33 (KJV)
*These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.*

The dictionary defines worry as “to torment oneself with or suffer from disturbing thoughts, uneasiness or anxiety.”

In other words, worry is caused by fears and uncertainty about the future. It is an act of impatience with God. Beloved, never mistake worries for a friend. It is an evil spirit from the devil to torment humanity. It destroys destiny faster than any disease. Beware!

1 Peter 5:7 (KJV)
*Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.*

The scripture acknowledges your needs and all the issues around you but you are admonished to cast your cares upon the Lord. No matter the challenge of your life, I want you to know that God is able and willing to step in if only you will commit them to Him and be at peace with yourself.

Worries and anxiety can never solve any problem rather it worsens it. It destroys your health and ultimately your relationship with God which in turn leads to condemnation.

Hebrews 10:35-36 (KJV)
[35] *Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward.*
[36] *For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.*

In such time, do not let anything tamper with your confidence in God. Because if you lose the one (Lord) who is for you, you open the door for all that is against you to enter.

Isaiah 12:2 (KJV)
*Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the Lord Jehovah is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation.*

Beloved, those who put their trust in God are rewarded with a fulfilment of His promises. Our confidence in God will automatically check out worries and anxiety out of our lives.

Isaiah 26:3 (KJV)
*Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee : because he trusteth in thee.*

[11/27, 8:15 AM] Pastor Emmanuel Oshevire: *Seeds 🍌🍋🍊🍑Of Destiny*
_27 November 2020_
_Daily Devotional by Dr Pastor Paul Enenche_
*TOPIC: THE LIFESTYLE OF PRIDE – THE CRASH OF DESTINY*

🗣️Pride is a limiting force. That is why when a person is proud, a crash is inevitable.

*SCRIPTURE* 📖: Now I Nebuchadnezzar praise and extol and honour the King of heaven, all whose works are truth, and his ways judgment: and those that walk in pride he is able to abase. Daniel 4:37

*THOUGHT FOR THE DAY* 🤔: To be arrogant is to crash in life.

The lifestyle of pride often triggers the crash of destiny. Pride is a major limitation to destiny fulfilment. One of the easiest ways to crash in life is to embrace the lifestyle of pride and arrogance. And one of the easiest ways to rise in life is to live a life of humility. One way in which pride is manifested is what I call the “Boss Mentality”

The Boss Mentality in this context is the mentality given to pomposity, arrogance and domineering disposition; it is a mentality that is bankrupt of humility. It is the point where a person feels that there is none like him and no one can advise him. Pride is a limiting force. That is why when a person is proud, a crash is inevitable.

Nebuchadnezzar, for instance, crashed out of his throne on the platform of pride. Daniel 4:30-37.

Please take note of this: To be arrogant is to crash in life. To avoid the crash of destiny, you have to refuse the ‘Boss Mentality.’ It was Bishop Abioye who rightly said: “To act like a boss is to end up in the box.”

The truth is, the struggle for status or titles, many times is a manifestation of the bossy lifestyle. And to struggle for status is to end as a statue. Don’t struggle for titles; rather, struggle for tasks; “There is no entitlement in titles, but in the task”, according to God’s servant, Bishop David Oyedepo.

May the Lord clothe you with humility in the Name of Jesus Christ.

*REMEMBER THIS* 💡: To be arrogant is to crash in life.

*ASSIGNMENTS* :

*1. Repent of any lifestyle of pride and arrogance* .
