TRANSFORMATION IN THE MIDST OF CHAOS

“And the earth was without form and void, and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.” Genesis 1:2-3 (KJV)

The more you look at what is happening around you today the more convinced you will be and the more you will agree with the world. You will panic like the rest of the world in search of solutions. But God has spoken! He has declared the end from the beginning. So do not panic. Stand firmly on the word of God. Be assured that God who has spoken can do all that He has promised.

One of the strategies of the devil is to magnify the challenges you are facing so that you lose sight of the promises of God. You may be experiencing a season of contradiction but don’t give up. Hold on to His word. He that has spoken can bring it to pass. You cannot be denied. Many may have seen you without hope but from the ashes of failure and hopelessness, God will show you up before them all. The same people who saw you in that state will see you with your testimony.

Genesis 1:1-3, gives us a clear template, on how to see the transformation in the midst of chaos or a contradictory situation. And if we will follow it, our expectations will manifest. Remember, the first thing is to know that your God is still the Almighty and the all-powerful God. Chaos does not diminish His power or His person. He still moves in the midst of chaos. Secondly, rest in Him. Rest in His promises. When we rest, we receive clarity on what to do per time. When we rest, it shows that we trust Him and God loves it when we display absolute trust in Him. It causes Him to flex His muscles.

Lastly, we need to speak the Word of God even in the midst of chaos. The Word of God has the power to turn things around. It is the Word of God that upholds all things, and so it will turn that situation around. This is your time of prophetic help. God is coming back to visit you again. You will experience a new beginning.

[7/27, 6:14 AM] Pastor Emmanuel Oshevire: *LIFE AND FAVOUR*
FROM:

*Rev. Anthony Akinmoyo,*
Lifeway Christian Centre,
Lagos.

*THE BLESSING OF SERVICE GRACE*

Isaiah 45:19 (KJV) *I have not spoken in secret, in a dark place of the earth: I said not unto the seed of Jacob, Seek ye me in vain: I the LORD speak righteousness, I declare things that are right.*

2 Peter 1:3 (KJV) *According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:*

The scripture says God has given us all things pertaining to life and godliness but one of the major challenges facing believers is how to access this heavenly provisions. Service grace or kingdom stewardship is one of the sure channels to accessing our inheritance in Christ. The above scripture says God has not asked us to seek (serve) Him in vain, therefore, there are rewards attached to every of our kingdom service such as below:

1. *Honour*

The greatest honour any man can receive is from God.
John 12:26 (KJV)
*If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will my Father honour.*

God can honour you with good marriage, godly children, long life, prestigious job etc. When you are a seeker of His kingdom advancement, every good thing of life will be at your finger tips.

2. *Sure Protection*

God is eternally committed to protecting His servants.

Isaiah 54:17 (KJV)
*No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord , and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord .*

We often quote this scripture without thorough study of it line after line. The scripture says all the above provisions are for the servant of the Lord. If you are not serving, thus cannot be your heritage.

3. *Divine Backing*

Psalm 89:20-24 (KJV)
[20] *I have found David my servant; with my holy oil have I anointed him:*
[21] *With whom my hand shall be established: mine arm also shall strengthen him.*
[22] *The enemy shall not exact upon him; nor the son of wickedness afflict him.*
[23] *And I will beat down his foes before his face, and plague them that hate him.*
[24] *But my faithfulness and my mercy shall be with him: and in my name shall his horn be exalted.*

As mentioned earlier, kingdom service grants us unhindered access to kingdom treasures.

4. *Sound Health.*

Proverbs 13:17 (KJV)
*A wicked messenger falleth into mischief: but a faithful ambassador is health.*

It is not possible to serve two masters the same time. Therefore, as you are serving the living God, you are not allowed to serve sickness and infirmities.

I pray that all your kingdom stewardship and service to humanity take you to a desirable realm in the mighty name of Jesus!

*PRAYERS:*

>Thank you my Lord for the gift of life and salvation of my soul.

>Thank you my Lord for the joy of seeing this new week.

>Thank you for all your provisions and supply.

>Thank you my Lord for good friends and relations all around me.

1. 2 Corinthians 6:1 (KJV)
*We then, as workers together with him , beseech you also that ye receive not the grace of God in vain.*

O Lord my God, grant me grace to maximize your grace in my life in the mighty name of Jesus!

*And his disciples remembered that it was written, The zeal of thine house hath eaten me up.*

O Lord my God, let me be consumed with zeal for soul winning and other kingdom services in the mighty name of Jesus!

4. Deuteronomy 33:11 (KJV)
*Bless, Lord , his substance, and accept the work of his hands:*

O Lord my God, let my kingdom service and service to humanity be acceptable unto you in the mighty name of Jesus!

5. Ezekiel 20:41 (KJV)
*I will accept you with your sweet savour, when I bring you out from the people,*

O Lord my God, according to your word, accept me and all my sacrifices in the mighty name of Jesus!

6. Isaiah 49:7 (KJV)
*Thus saith the Lord, the Redeemer of Israel, and his Holy One, to him whom man despiseth, to him whom the nation abhorreth, to a servant of rulers, Kings shall see and arise, princes also shall worship, because of the Lord that is faithful, and the Holy One of Israel, and he shall choose thee.*

i. O Lord my God, choose me for lifting and honour in the mighty name of Jesus!

ii. O Lord my Father, let me continue to be your favourite in the mighty name of Jesus!

7. Revelation 11:15 (KJV) *…The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.*

O Lord, choose me and use me as an instrument of honour to turn the kingdom of this world into your kingdom in the mighty name of Jesus!

8. Jeremiah 1:10 (KJV)
*See, I have this day set thee over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to throw down, to build, and to plant.*

11. Isaiah 61:6 (KJV)
*But ye shall be named the Priests of the Lord: men shall call you the Ministers of our God: ye shall eat the riches of the Gentiles, and in their glory shall ye boast yourselves.*

O Lord my God, cause men of value and substance to minister to me according to your word in the mighty name of Jesus!

12. Zephaniah 3:17 (KJV)
*The Lord thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing.*

O Lord my God, save souls and deliver multitude out of the bondage of the devil in the mighty name of Jesus!

Thank you Father for working exceedingly and abundantly above all that I ask or think.

*DOMINION OVER DEATH .*

Monday, July 27th .
Pastor Chris

_*Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him (Romans 6:9).*_

The scripture above is one of the most amazing verses in all of Romans 6 because of its implications. It doesn’t say, “Knowing that JESUS being raised from the dead dieth no more…”; rather, it says, _*“…CHRIST being raised from the dead dieth no more….”*_ The Question is, who is Christ?

Christ is Jesus and His body—the Church! Jesus is the head, and the Church is His body. The head and the body form Christ. When it’s personalized, it’s “Jesus.” In certain cases, a title is added to it to call Him “Jesus Christ” or “Christ Jesus.” But every time you’re studying the New Testament and you see “Christ”, except the context dictates otherwise, it means Jesus and the Church, His body.

If death has no more dominion over the head, it doesn’t have dominion over the hand, over the legs or any other part of the body. Verse 10 says, _*“For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God.”*_ What a verse! You ought to read this and declare, “I’m alive from the dead!” Have that consciousness!

Death has no dominion over you because through Jesus Christ, you have eternal life; you’ve been brought into life and immortality (2 Timothy 1:10). Therefore, be fearless, for death has been paralysed; defeated by Jesus. Hebrews 2:14-15 says, _*“Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.”*_

When Jesus defeated death, we were in Him. Together with Him, we’ve triumphed over death and the grave. No wonder it says in 1 Corinthians 15:54-55, _*“…Death is swallowed up in victory. O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?”*_

*CONFESSION*

*I’m crucified with Christ, nevertheless, I live; yet not I, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh, I live by the faith of the Son of God! I’m free from sin and death. I’m a partaker of the divine nature! Glory to God!*

*FURTHER STUDY:* *||* *1 Corinthians 15:55-57* O death, where [is] thy sting? O grave, where [is] thy victory? 56 The sting of death [is] sin; and the strength of sin [is] the law. 57 But thanks [be] to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. *||*

*||* *Romans 8:1-2* [There is] therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. 2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death. *||*

*||* *John 5:24* Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life. *||*

[7/27, 6:32 AM] Pastor Emmanuel Oshevire: SEEDS OF DESTINY DAILY DEVOTIONAL BY DR. PASTOR PAUL ENENCHE.

MONDAY, 27TH JULY 2020

TOPIC: TAKING YOUR PLACE AT THE TOP

SCRIPTURE: And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force. Matthew 11:12.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Don’t let any devil convince you to accept low level existence; you are a city set on a hill that cannot be hid.

As God’s children, we are destined for excellence and distinction. Our destiny is the high places of the earth; it is an abomination of covenant to be connected to the Most High and struggle in the low places of the earth (Deuteronomy 32:13).

Now, having known that you are destined for the top, what do you do to get there?

Take your place at the top.

Matthew 11:12 says, And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force.

You must take your place in the high places by force. Make up your mind to get to the top by force. Take your place in God by force. Tell yourself, “I belong to the high places. No devil can keep me low. I reject, refuse and react against the low places in Jesus Name”. You say it and seize it.

Think about this: if the high place of the earth is our destiny, then we must violently react against existence in mediocrity. Don’t let any devil convince you to accept low level existence. You are a city set on a hill that cannot be hid. So, violently react, violently reject, and violently refuse low level existence. For instance, if a full grown and responsible man is addressed and called a baby, he would get angry and react because it is very inappropriate and insulting to address a man as a small child. He would be furious at the person who addressed him as such and say, “Am I behaving like a baby?” He would angrily react because he knows that he is not a child. So, it is very painful to a full grown man when he is addressed as a child.

In the same manner, if you are meant to be at the top and any devil tries to confine you to the low level, you should react, refuse and reject it. You should violently refuse it saying, “That is not where I belong! I refuse to be there!”

Remember This: Don’t let any devil convince you to accept low level existence; you are a city set on a hill that cannot be hid.

ASSIGNMENTS:

1. React against and reject every low level existence.

2. Take your place at the top by force.

PRAYER: Lord, I reject every low level existence. I take my place at the top Lord, in Jesus’ Name.

FOR FURTHER UNDERSTANDING, GET THIS MESSAGE: DEFINING EXCELLENCE OR DISTINCTION (PART 2)

QUOTE: Quality eases the journey to the top. Culled from “21 UNCOMMON KEYS TO FINANCIAL OVERFLOW” by Dr Paul Enenche.

DAILY READING: Isaiah 37-39

AMAZING FACT: The Bible is the only book that has been translated into more than 3,300 languages, covering nearly 95 percent of the world’s population.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION/WORD: The top is your place and no devil can keep you below the top in Jesus’ Name.
