[9/2, 5:36 AM] Faith Oshevire: Your dream house (3)

Wednesday 2nd September 2020

‘They are before the throne of God.’ Revelation 7:15 NKJV

When you think about your dream house, two more questions arise. How close is it to where I work? Have you ever wondered what we’ll actually do in Heaven? Since Heaven will be Paradise regained, read this: ‘God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion…over every living thing that moves on the earth”‘ (Genesis 1:28 NKJV). The Bible doesn’t provide specific job descriptions for what we’ll do in Heaven, but the first Paradise gives us two important clues. (a) ‘Be fruitful and multiply.’ You won’t struggle to make ends meet. You won’t live with crushed hopes and disappointments. Every dream and creative idea you have will be fulfilled. (b) ‘Have dominion over…every living thing that moves.’ The word ‘dominion’ means ‘to rule over’. So we’ll be promoted to positions of leadership and management. But here’s the difference! In Paradise Lost, God said to Adam, ‘Cursed is the ground for your sake; in toil you shall eat of it all the days of your life’ (Genesis 3:17 NKJV). But in Paradise Found, God said, ‘There shall be no more curse’ (Revelation 22:3 NKJV).

Gazing up at the stars one night, a little boy said to his dad, ‘If the wrong side of Heaven (Earth) is so wonderful, what must the right side be like?’ So here’s the second question: are you going to Heaven when you die? Are you sure? You can be. John said, ‘These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life’ (1 John 5:13 NKJV).

*The components of effective prayers*

*Text*: Matt 6:9-13
_”In this manner, therefore, pray: our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen”_

*# Effective prayers require REPENTANCE #*

Repentance and forgiveness is another element of effective prayers. Jesus told us to pray saying, _”Forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors.”_
Ps 130:3-4 says, _”If You, Lord, should mark iniquities, O Lord, who could stand? But there is forgiveness with You, that You may be feared.”_ This is another beauty of having God as our Father because there is forgiveness with Him. However, for you to receive His forgiveness, you must repent of your wrongs/sins.

Without repentance and forgiveness, your prayer is like just speaking empty words. The Psalmist says, _” If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me.”_ (Ps 66:18). Unconfessed sin is a hindrance or limitation to effective prayers. Once sin or iniquity is found in you, your prayers cannot be effective. That is why you must pray thus, _”Forgive me my trespasses.”_ There is no sin that He will not forgive. No matter the nature and depth of the iniquity, the Father’s forgiveness is stronger. Isa1:18 paints the picture clearly saying, _”“Come now, and let us reason together,” says the Lord, “Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red like crimson, they shall be as wool.”_

God’s forgiveness is unique in the sense that He forgives and forgets! If we repent and ask for forgiveness, He remembers the sins no more. Heb 8:12 says, _”For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more.”_ He is not holding any of your past mistakes or misdeeds against you because He blotted them out the moment you repented and asked for His forgiveness. Furthermore, He forgives and cleanses us from all unrighteousness (See I John 1:8-9) What a wonderful God He is. The only requirement for forgiveness is ask for it and you have it.

It is instructive to note that Jesus said, “And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.” In as much as you must repent to be forgiven, you must also forgive those who wrong you. You cannot have what you deny others. No matter what has been done to you or against you, you must forgive in order for you to be forgiven. Hurts and disappointment will surely come, therefore be prepared to forgive for your own good and peace. Jesus gave a parable of a steward who was owing his master. After being forgiven by his master, he threw his fellow servant who was owing him in prison. The Bible says, _”Then his master, after he had called him, said to him, ‘You wicked servant! I forgave you all that debt because you begged me. Should you not also have had compassion on your fellow servant, just as I had pity on you?’ And his master was angry, and delivered him to the torturers until he should pay all that was due to him.”_ (Matt 18:32-34). Forgive if you want to be forgiven!

Shalom !

*Text: “And Pharaoh took off his ring from his hand, and put it upon Joseph’s hand, and arrayed him in vestures of fine linen, and put a gold chain about his neck.” Gen 41:42*

The Spirit of God from the first day of this month is painting a picture for us of the dimension of transformations that is about to take place in our lives. This is a prophetic word for someone and I’m sure that in a couple of months from now someone will share a testimony.

The previous night Joseph was a prisoner and wearing prisoner cloths. I had the privilege of ministering to prisoners in recent times and I understand it’s one of the most deplorable states of life to be. It’s a place where life is suspended and put on hold. It’s a place of loss of freedom. Joseph had been on a prisoner’s cloth for over two (2) years. He came out of prison and he was decked in glory. Everything about him began to speak of the glory of God. Just read our anchor scripture again and you will see how real this transformation was. It was so obvious for everyone to see. The King literally transferred authority to him. What he had was more than mere cloths and jewelleries; authority was conferred on him. He became a man that was in charge. Before now he was subject to others but from this day forward others were subject to him. Psalm said “He made him lord of his house, and ruler of all his substance.”

I want to encourage you today to raise the bars of your expectation. Where you are today is never the final destination of your life. What God has in store for your life is far bigger than what you have ever seen. What God brought Joseph into was far bigger than what he lost in his father’s house. It’s not over with you yet. Where men say it’s over is where God begins from. The transformations are taking place already; believe and receive it in your heart.

Transformations are taking place in my life. The story of my life is changing positively.

And he said unto them, Where is your faith? And they being afraid wondered, saying one to another, What manner of man is this! for he commandeth even the winds and water, and they obey him_ *(Luke 8:25).

Jesus was with His disciples in the boat one day, and a tempest arose. The disciples became afraid and the Bible says, *“…they came to him, and awoke him, saying, Master, master, we perish. Then he arose, and rebuked the wind and the raging of the water: and they ceased, and there was a calm”* (Luke 8:24).

The Master turned to the disciples and asked them a very pertinent question: *“Where is your faith?”* That’s the big question in life. With your faith, you can do anything; you can move mountains; you can achieve great results. Faith is a tool. Use it. If you’d learn to use your faith, you’ll live triumphantly every day.

Stop crying for help! Use your faith to make your life glorious. With your faith, you can destroy cancer, diabetes or heart trouble. You can change the circumstances of your life! So, build your faith. Make a choice to feed your faith by learning and living on God’s Word.

The Bible is a compendium of divine revelations from God’s Prophets and Apostles; the message has been proven again and again. Irrespective of the issues in your health, family, finances, job, academics, or ministry, you can prevail gloriously by growing your faith in the Word and putting it to work every day. Remember, our faith is the victory that overcomes the world (1 John 5:4).

With my faith, I consistently frame my life in the path of glory and excellence, living the life of victory, success, joy, health and prosperity which God has ordained for me. I refuse to be disadvantaged or helpless in this life; my faith in the Word is effective and prevailing. Praise God!

1 John 5:4* For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.

Hebrews 10:38-39* Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him. *39* But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.

Matthew 17:20* And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.

[9/2, 5:36 AM] Faith Oshevire: MILLIONAIRE EMBRACE |
Wednesday, Sept., 2nd 2020

Korede & Esther Komaiya

Why Is Your Case Is Different

You will laugh at destruction and famine. You will not be afraid of wild animals! It is as if you have a peace treaty with the wild animals and the rocks in the field. You will live in peace because your tent is safe. You will count your property and find nothing missing. You will have many children. They will be as many as the blades of grass on earth. You will be like the wheat that grows until harvest time. Yes, you will live to a ripe old age. We have studied this and know it is true. So listen to us, and learn for yourself. Job 5:22–27 [ERV]

Some people erroneously believe that it is not possible for anyone, organization or nation not to be brought under the economic woes and crises the whole world is facing now. Well, nothing could be farther from the truth. There are many of us who are not under any economic heat whatsoever. Our case is different and yours too is different. Your case is different because Redemption has repositioned you from earthly realm to the heavenly. In Eph 2:6 the Bible says He has raised us up with Christ and seated us up with Him in the heavenly places. Hallelujah. As born again Christians our citizenship is of heaven above so we cannot be subjected to the affairs of the earth. We operate heavenly economy and the same is the source of our security.

Redemption has also placed upon you as a born again Christian a seal of exemption from all evil and assaults of the enemy. Gal 6:17 says from now on let no one trouble me, for I bear in my body the marks of the Lord Jesus. So there is a touch not mark placed on you at the instance you received Jesus as your Lord and Saviour. Likewise, in Ezekiel 9:6 the Bible says “do not come near anyone on whom is the mark”. I am so conscious of this that there is mark on me, my family and everyone connected to me that disallows evil from coming close to me. That mark is the Blood of Jesus Christ. I have a revelation of its power so I constantly invoke it everyday over me and everyone connected to me. This is why I can boldly say My Case Is Different because my heart is inundated with the truth of God’s Word. Give attention to the study of God’s Word also and the reality of your exemption will dawn on you.

Father in the Name of Jesus I thank You because Redemption has repositioned me far above principalities and powers and a seal of exemption has been placed upon me and everyone connected to me. I therefore decree that as for me and everyone connected to me, Our Case Is Different in Jesus Mighty Name.

Redemption has repositioned you and has placed a touch not seal upon you and everyone connected to you so Your Case Is Different.
Good Morning.

“For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.” Romans 12:3 KJV
According to our bible text today:  “….God has dealt to every man the measure of faith”. Are you among those classified as every man? Then you have the measure of faith. So no believer has an excuse. What you do with your measure is your business. You can either develop it or you can leave it to become dormant without producing. But just like exercise energizes you physically, the same way exercising of your faith will energize, strengthen and equip your spiritual man. If you fail to exercise, your body will become flabby and you’ll find it difficult to carry yourself. But when you are exercising regularly, you’ll carry yourself easily and you’ll look healthier.

Your faith becomes healthier as you exercise it. You exercise it by using it. Faith connects you to Jehovah. You must never allow your faith to become dormant. Faith helps you to function on the superior platform. You will be swimming while others are drowning. And when you are flying and there is problem in the air, your plane will be flying very well. That is what happens with faith.

Faith only sees God’s Word! It does not see anything else. Faith sees nothing other than the Word. It sees the end of a thing from the beginning. And once you’ve seen the end, forget about what everybody has to say. That is why God will first give you the vision of your life and no other person. By that, God is giving you an insight into what He has concluded. That is what faith does. It gives you insight. That is why He said to Abraham as far as your eye can see. If you can see, it is possible

[9/2, 5:36 AM] Faith Oshevire: LIFE AND FAVOUR.

*Rev. Anthony Akinmoyo,*
Lifeway Christian Centre,

*Activating The Glory.*

Romans 8:30 KJV
*Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.*

Salvation bestows glory on us but there are certain steps we must take in order to activate and be manifesting the glory of our Father. We will focus on these areas in the next few days.

Leviticus 9:6 KJV
*And Moses said, This is the thing which the Lord commanded that ye should do: and the glory of the Lord shall appear unto you.*

1. *The force of wisdom.*

1 Corinthians 2:7 KJV
*But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom , which God ordained before the world unto our glory:*

Proverbs 3:35 KJV
*The wise shall inherit glory…*

Until you access the wisdom of God, such person cannot manifest His glory. And the wisdom of God is in His word, therefore, divine wisdom is locating God’s way of doing things or it is the application of scriptural knowledge. It can also be described as scriptural obedience.

Matthew 7:24 KJV
*Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:*

Wisdom is not common sense but scriptural sense *”Whatever He tells you to do, do it”* that is wisdom.

Proverbs 4:7-9 KJV
*Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.*
*[8] Exalt her, and she shall promote thee: she shall bring thee to honour, when thou dost embrace her.*
*[9] She shall give to thine head an ornament of grace: a crown of glory shall she deliver to thee.*

Doing the word or being an addicted word practitioner will bring you to a place of honour, promotion, grace and crown of glory. Don’t forget you cannot operate the wisdom of God without accurate knowledge of His word.

Proverbs 10:4 says, *”wise men lay up knowledge”*. Any saint of God that desires to be manifesting His glory must be a man of the Word (have a functional library).

Isaiah 33:6 KJV
*And wisdom and knowledge shall be the stability of thy times, and strength of salvation: the fear of the Lord is his treasure.*

Be reminded, the Word of God is the wisdom of God and doing the word is the same as manifesting His wisdom which will cause His glory to be seen over us.

Proverbs 3:35 KJV
*The wise shall inherit glory…*

Any area of your life such as marriage, finance, ministry that you lay hold on scriptural principle that govern it, you will surely be radiating glory in such area. Example, when you know and obey God’s instruction on marriage, your home will be a citadel of God’s glory.

> Thank you my Lord for another beautiful day you have made.

> Thank you my Lord for the salvation of my soul and of every member of my family.

> Thank you my Lord for the daily victory we are enjoying in Christ.

> Thank you my Lord for the daily supply of all our needs.

> Thank you my Father for making me a partaker of your glory.

1. 2 Timothy 3:15 KJV

O Lord my God, draw my heart to your word so that your wisdom and glory can have expression through me in the mighty name of Jesus!

2. Daniel 2:22 KJV

*And the glory of the Lord shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together: for the mouth of the Lord hath spoken it .*

O Lord my Father, let my life and family continue to be the revelation of your glory in the mighty name of Jesus!

4. Ezekiel 16:13 KJV
*Thus wast thou decked with gold and silver; and thy raiment was of fine linen, and silk, and broidered work; thou didst eat fine flour, and honey, and oil: and thou wast exceeding beautiful, and thou didst prosper into a kingdom.*

O Lord my God, decorate my life with your beauty and kingdom prosperity in the mighty name of Jesus!

5. 1 Samuel 2:8 KJV
*He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth up the beggar from the dunghill, to set them among princes, and to make them inherit the throne of glory…*

O Lord my God, change my story and cause me to inherit your glory in the mighty name of Jesus!

6. 2 Samuel 9:1 KJV
*And David said, Is there yet any that is left of the house of Saul, that I may shew him kindness for Jonathan’s sake?*

O Lord my God, let the book of remembrance be opened in my favour this month in the mighty name of Jesus!

7. Zechariah 4:7 KJV
*Who art thou, O great mountain? before Zerubbabel thou shalt become a plain: and he shall bring forth the headstone thereof with shoutings, crying , Grace, grace unto it.*

i. I decree, every mountain that has been limiting my progress be levelled in the mighty name of Jesus!

ii. I decree every resistance to my manifestation of gory crash in the mighty name of Jesus!

iii. I decree, every opposing voice to my lifting is silenced forever in the mighty name of Jesus!

i. I receive grace to finish all my God-given project in the mighty name of Jesus!

10. John 8:36 KJV
*If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.*

i. I decree and declare, I am free from poverty and stagnation in the mighty name of Jesus!

ii. I am free from every wrong habit in the mighty name of Jesus!

iii. I am free from oppression of the wicked in the mighty name of Jesus!

11. Jeremiah 49:31 KJV

[9/2, 5:36 AM] Faith Oshevire: OPEN HEAVENS DAILY DEVOTIONAL

Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Matthew 7:21

READ: Matthew 7:21-23

21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

There are over two billion Christians in the world today. However, not all will make it to heaven according to today’s memory verse.

Pretense is the key reason for this looming failure. Many ‘Christians’ are not Christlike at all; a lot of them live in sin, yet keep a pious appearance to deceive others. They forget that God is all knowing and will reward everyone according to their works. They forget that the world is temporal whereas the world to come- Heaven for the redeemed and hell for the condemned, will last for eternity.

How is your standing in Christ? Your work, position or title in Church does not matter; if you continue in sin, you are on the road to perdition (Ezekiel 18:20). Be sincere with yourself today and repent. This type of penitence is the difference between Saul and David. 1 Samuel 15:30 gives the account of Saul when he sinned:
“he said, I have sinned: yet honour me now, I pray thee, before the elders of my people, and before Israel, and turn again with me, that I may worship the LORD thy God.”

And 1Chronicles 21:16-17 gives the account of David when he sinned:
“Then David and the elders of Israel, who were clothed in sackcloth, fell upon their faces. And David said unto God, Is it not I that commanded the people to be numbered?…”
While Saul was concerned about his reputation with the elders, David called them to join him pray for forgiveness. Are you a Saul or a David?

Don’t allow the devil to rob you of the opportunity you still have to repent, confess and forsake your sins. Stand by your decision no matter what.

On the last day, true Christians will be separated- the holy ones to Heaven and the pretenders to hell. Where will you be?

Who are you really worshipping: people or God?

BIBLE IN ONE YEAR: Ezekiel 22-23

1. I am Thine, O Lord, I have heard Thy voice,
And it told Thy love to me;
But I long to rise in the arms of faith
And be closer drawn to Thee.

Draw me nearer, nearer blessed Lord,
To the cross where Thou hast died;
Draw me nearer, nearer, nearer blessed Lord,
To Thy precious, bleeding side.

2. Consecrate me now to Thy service, Lord,
By the pow’r of grace divine;
Let my soul look up with a steadfast hope,
And my will be lost in Thine.

3. Oh, the pure delight of a single hour
That before Thy throne I spend,
When I kneel in prayer, and with Thee, my God
I commune as friend with friend!

4. There are depths of love that I cannot know
Till I cross the narrow sea;
There are heights of joy that I may not reach
Till I rest in peace with Thee.
