Proverbs25v20-28 As he that taketh away a garment in cold weather, and as vinegar upon nitre, so is he that singeth songs to an heavy heart. 21 If thine enemy be hungry, give him bread to eat; and if he be thirsty, give him water to drink: 22 For thou shalt heap coals of fire upon his head, and the LORD shall reward thee. 23 The north wind driveth away rain: so doth an angry countenance a backbiting tongue. 24 It is better to dwell in the corner of the housetop, than with a brawling woman and in a wide house. 25 As cold waters to a thirsty soul, so is good news from a far country. 26 A righteous man falling down before the wicked is as a troubled fountain, and a corrupt spring. 27 It is not good to eat much honey: so for men to search their own glory is not glory.28 He that hath no rule over his own spirit is like a city that is broken down, and without walls.
“Lighten up a merry heart! ‘A merry heart does good, like medicine’ (Proverbs 17:22 NKJV). Don’t make such a big deal out of everything! Lighten up and laugh more, especially at yourself! Do you even remember the last time you enjoyed a good laugh? Accept your imperfections. Let some stuff go. Stop trying to be Wonder Woman or Superman. Get away for some fun. Yes, you need fun too! Cancel some of your not-so-important meetings. Make yourself joyful, so many persons have ask me how can they be joyful in the mixed of their challenges, TAKENOTE OF THIS joy is a product of knowledge in you, of what you know and believe that make you decide for joy because is a product of decision, e.g believers in Christ derive their joy from the word of God through the holy spirit base on their level of belief and understanding in Christ that create in them a sense of acknowledgement 2Thessalonians3v16 Now the Lord of peace himself give you peace always by all means. The Lord be with you all.
“Being grateful for _The qualifications that gave you a job is the same qualifications someone has, but doesn’t have a job……. Be grateful. The man who officiated your wedding, blessed your marriage and today you have children, is the same man who officiated and blessed others’ marriages but they are still crying for children and some eventually ended up with a divorce…..Be grateful. The prayer God answered for you, is the same prayer others have been saying without success yet…….Be grateful. The road you use safely on a daily basis is the same road many others died on……Be grateful. The place which you worship and God blessed you, is the same place other people worship in but their lives are still in discord & shambles. Be grateful. The bed you used in the hospital, got healed and discharged, is the same bed many other people died on.
